What To Expect –
The two main entry points into Grace Fellowship are Sunday Mornings and Wednesday Nights. Sunday Morning worship begins at 10:45 AM and is the highlight of our week as we meet together for a God-centered worship service anchored in Biblical preaching, singing, prayer, and fellowship. There are Bible Study classes beginning at 9:30 AM for all ages with the promise that the Bible will be read, studied and applied to your everyday life. You will quickly discover that we hold the Bible to be God’s infallible and authoritative Word in which we find the answers to all of life. The dress is anywhere from blue jeans and khakis to suits/ties and skirts/dresses. The music is a blend of favorite traditional hymns and the best of contemporary Christian songs on piano and/or guitar. Our aim is to bring you into the presence of God for meaningful worship and life transformation. From the parking lot to the classroom to the sanctuary you will find Grace Fellowship a warm and friendly place where you will find rest, rejuvenation, and answers. Sunday evenings offer Bible classes for children and youth beginning at 6:00 PM. Adults meet in the sanctuary for prayer, singing, and open Bible discussion, led by the pastor. Dress is informal casual, and the music is led by guitar.
Wednesday Night begins with a fellowship meal at 5:30 PM and Bible classes for all ages are at 6:30 until 7:30 PM. The night is a “come-as-you-are” relaxed time concentrated on building community and sharing fellowship with one another and concluding with life application Bible classes.
Nursery is provided on Sundays and Wednesdays.
Worship Style – The preaching of the Word is the center of our worship service. The main diet of preaching is expository through entire books of the Bible. Occasional topical series are used to address current cultural issues, but are still rooted in Bible exposition. Our music is a blend of favorite traditional hymns and the best of contemporary Christian songs which contain words that are rich in their theology. We also devote time to intercessory prayer for the needs of the church and ministry updates for the life of the church.
Times and Location – Sunday Bible Study classes for all ages at 9:30 am; Sunday Morning Worship at 10:45 am; Sunday Evening classes for all ages at 6:00 pm.
Wednesday Night Fellowship Meal is at 5:30 pm and classes for all ages begin at 6:30 pm. Nursery is provided.
We are located at 925 West Main Street in Albertville, Alabama which is on Highway 205 next to the Albertville Recreation Center.
Classes Offered – Nursery is 0 to 4 years of age. Pre k is 2nd grade and 3rd and 5th grade. Junior high boys and junior high girls. Senior high boys and senior high girls. Adults and senior adults.
Wednesday Night involves the teaching of catechism to the children, topical Bible studies for the Youth; and relational evangelism training for the adults.
Sermon Series – The current sermon series on Sunday Morning is on Philippians; and Sunday Evening study is on the book of Jeremiah
